The Baseball Trip, 2010

Art Lande has a knowledge and command of baseball. He's a sports official, plays the game, takes his own stats and knows nearly all that goes on in a season.

The home team is always the favorite, but the larger essence of all things Baseball should be observed live, so gathering friends around games within driving distance is an idea that gets everyone exicited.

As with the 2005 baseball road trip, Art writes about a wide range of topics in each location, including the game, the player, the home town, culture and fans, the the stadium and anything else that he might observe or contemplate that day. He shares his writings through this series.
